In today’s ever-changing medical climate patient centered, convenient healthcare is becoming more and more difficult to achieve in a traditional practice. The core vision of Club Level Healthcare is to remove the barriers so often placed between the patient and physician.
Unlike a typical primary care practice which may have over 2500 patients, we limit each physician’s caseload to no more than 400 patients. This allows our patients to enjoy unequalled access to their primary care physician. No gatekeepers, no red tape…just the patient and the physician.
This direct level of care puts the focus on the patient’s well-being. The physician gets to know each patients history, habits and needs and is able to devote the time necessary to fully meet those needs. At Club Level Healthcare the practice is built around the patient to maximize your quality of life. Your healthcare can be both personal and proactive.
Meet the Staff
Dr. John W. Mann, III
MD, FACP
Born and raised in Bristol, Dr. Mann started in EMS while still in high school and earned his paramedic certification at night. He left Bristol to join the Army and served as a medic in the 10th Mountain Light Infantry. John then earned his degree as a physician assistant. He practiced for four years before returning to medical school and graduating from Mercer University School of Medicine in 2002. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. Dr. Mann is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Mike F. Baines
MHS, PA-C
Michael is a native of Bristol, with 20 years experience in health care. He joined the Bristol Life Saving Crew in 1993 and earned his paramedic degree at that time. While working fulltime , Michael continued his medical education earning a Bachelor of Science from ETSU. He moved to West Virginia and earned a master degree as a Physician Assistant. He continues to practice in emergency medicine and with Club Level Healthcare. Michael lives in the tri-cities with his wife and three children.
Haley Pender
Office Manager
Haley is a dedicated professional with a passion for healthcare. Since joining Club Level Healthcare in 2018, she has made a significant impact in her role. Outside of work, Haley finds joy in family life as a wife to Adam and a mother to three wonderful children. Proudly calling Bristol, TN, her home, Haley cherishes spending time outdoors and enthusiastically supports her children at their various sporting events.
